At The Glow Drop, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required

Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used skincare products.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, please contact us at support@theglowdrop.com.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we’ll resolve the issue promptly.

Late or Missing Refunds
